Welcome to the ArtCAM Forum! You purchased a licence to use ArtCAM Express 2015 R2 (Download Only), which is compatible with the computer on which you purchased or activated the software. Therefore, your ELF licence file (WSC00795-01P.elf) is not compatible with your new virtual PC. Please refer to the PurchasingDownload-OnlyArtCAMSoftware.pdf file here.
If you want to install ArtCAM Express 2015 R2 on your new computer, you have two options:
(a) Request a new single-use activation code so that you can install ArtCAM Express 2015 R2 (Download Only) on your new computer.
(b) Upgrade to ArtCAM Express 2015 R2 (Boxed), so that you can use ArtCAM Express 2015 R2 on as many different computers as you like (provided the USB security-protection dongle is connected, and a PAF Licence file (*.paf) is installed).
If you choose to request a single-use activation code, you must be certain that you want to install ArtCAM Express 2015 R2 (Download Only) on your new computer. It is not possible for us to process multiple transfer requests from a single customer. This is because we advise all customers to ensure the software is installed on the computer on which they intend to use it before making their purchase. Therefore, please ensure that your new computer meets the system requirements for ArtCAM 2015 R2; please note that ArtCAM software is not supported on the Macintosh platform, or on a virtual PC.
The upgrade from ArtCAM Express 2015 R2 (Download Only) to ArtCAM Express 2015 R2 (Boxed) cannot be purchased from our Online Store; it must be processed manually by a Delcam Sales Representative. The price of upgrading from ArtCAM Express 2015 R2 (Download Only) to ArtCAM Express 2015 R2 (Boxed) is €30, plus shipping. If you want to proceed, please send an email to online-support@artcam.com confirming your contact number and suggest a time and date on which it would be convenient to contact you, and I will try to arrange for a Delcam Sales Representative to call you in order to complete the order.
