Area Clear Raster ripping board

it happens when you mill a 1/2 in depth and that tiny wall thicker than 1/16 .. then that sufficiently rigid, to breaking off..

you can try a couple of things...

make two depth pass

or slow down federate

you can try to change stepover, then the part where toolpath meets, might leaves wider wall..
you can see it in toolpath preview..

I also working with foam, and no way to stop the breaking..
when two area meets and theres a thin wall that will breaks off and break out of surface small pieces..

you also can try, make a model and with 3d raster trough everything..

changing area clear from raster to offset also wont solve the problem..

im not sure about, but if you can import your vectors into autodesk fusion 360, then that has the ""adaptive clearing"" mightbe that..
but any method used, there will be points where toolpaths are meet..

grab a pencil, and try to pull continuous line and youll see why its can not be ""optimized"" as you imagine..
