Hi!
Have somebody else encountered a problem with "find ring center when centering" command? Artcam just gives me this message:
"Unable to find a suitable finger-hole. Please make sure that the ring finger-hole is aligned with the X-axis"
My model is aligned with X-asis and has a clear finger-hole. If I center the ring without "finding the ring center", it doesn't make the hole in the centre of the ring, because Artcam centers the model by it's outer shape and dimensions, not by ring hole. I tried the same with different ring models and there is allways the same problem.
I have the latest version of Artcam 2015 Jewelsmith R2 and have updated the program, which didn't solve the problem. So does anybody know how to fix this?
